Clinical reference group – the clinical reference group provides clinical leadership to the programme and expert clinical advice. Recommendations made by individual clinical working groups were considered by the clinical reference group.

Programme board – the board provides strategic leadership of the programme, advising the inner and outer north east London sector chief executives, who in turn, advise the Joint committees of primary care trusts.

Joint committees of primary care trusts – the inner and outer north east London joint committees have met together in public to consider the Health for north east London programme.
